Include the product name and what you would like to know. If your enquiry concerns a can you have received, add the batch number or best-before date, where it was purchased and a photograph when useful. Please do not include card details or account passwords.

Availability and stockists

Tell us your town or postcode and the product you are looking for. Availability can vary, so confirm with the seller before travelling. Our stockist guide explains how to plan an enquiry.

Trade, events and creative enquiries

For a café, shop or event enquiry, include your business name, location, intended date and approximate quantity. For press or creative use, explain where the material will appear and which assets you need.
